Situated in the Sun City West Commerce Park near US60 and Bell Road; one of two separate industrial park properties purchased in May of 2006 under a build-to-suit development agreement with a major telecommunications company. VJ plans to use the excess land to develop a much-needed spec building in the fast growing community of Surprise. The BTS building is complete and the tenant took occupancy in June 2008.
