+/-40 Acres Vacant Land, Van Buren & Agua Fria River, Avondale, Arizona

In June, 2005 a VJ partnership purchased 40 acres of business park land at the I-10 Freeway and 127th Avenue in Avondale, Arizona. The property is in a high-growth area with multi-family, industrial and retail construction active around it. Plan is to create industrial lots for sale and build some industrial buildings over the next few years.
