In June, 2000, a VJ partnership purchased a 28,000 sf business park building in northwest Phoenix. VJ renovated the building, expanded parking areas and executed leases for 100 percent of the space, including an international credit tenant. The property was sold in 2003, creating a 27% IRR to investors after a 2 1/2 year holding period.
