Fountain Hills Medical Campus, Fountain Hills, Arizona
In October 2006 VJ created a joint venture with a physicians group to purchase a 6.5 acre site previously occupied by the Town of Fountain Hills general offices. Located at the intersection of Saguaro Boulevard and Palisades Parkway, it is situated directly across the street from the park containing the famous fountain of Fountain Hills. Renovations are well underway to convert the site and space into a first class Medical Office Campus in the center of the City, where no central medical hub has existed. The Property consists of three (3) single story buildings of similar size in a campus-like setting.
