Situated in the Rio Estrella Commerce Park near I-10 and El Mirage Road west of Phoenix; one of two separate industrial park properties purchased in May, 2006 under a build-to-suit development agreement with a major telecommunications company. VJ saw an opportunity to use the excess land to develop a much-needed spec building in the fast growing community of Avondale. The 12,000sf BTS building was completed and occupancy commenced in May 2008. The 17,000sf spec building shell was completed at the same time.
